i had a great 4-night stay at quality inn. it was easy to find, the front desk was very nice, and my king room was better than expected with new carpet and good furniture. the pool area looked fun, and i enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities. the location is close enough to chicago, which is a plus!

The room exceeded my expectations with a new carpet and solid furniture. The front desk area impressed me with its modern aesthetics and welcoming vibe.

The elevator was just okay.

The room was clean, and I appreciated that everything worked well during my stay. However, the lack of daily housekeeping was disappointing, as I had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. The breakfast was very limited and didn’t meet my expectations. there was no hot meal option, which made my mornings less enjoyable. Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory, the amenities and service could use improvement.

I always return because this place suits me perfectly! The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the indoor swimming pool provide everything I need. I fondly remember the staff offering me a hot drink during my first stay. Always great service!

I had a great experience during my recent stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I especially liked the big HDTV in the room. The easy access to the freeway made it a breeze to get around. One downside was that the jacuzzi area closed at midnight, which limited our time to enjoy it.
